Suspense of Depr🤫

Rejection is something which we are not taught to accept and tackle in society!!!

Hello everyone,

A warm welcome to you all back to something which is worth reading. Something very serious which can’t be ignored more. Without rolling up the things let’s get straight to the topic, which you might have guessed off. Ya, today I’m going to talk about Depression.

What is depression?

The very first thing which cross our mind is, what is this exactly. Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to function at work and at home.

Answers from my survey

Basically, if I conclude then it is feeling of loneliness not aloneness and everything which we feel or do are side effects of this.

What hurts more, when parents don’t understand or when friends?

Graphical representation of my survey

It is clearly visible that when parents don’t understand our situation then it’s hurts more or should say it makes one shatters down. According to me, when your special one, it might be parents , friends or someone else depending on you don’t understand your feelings then it hurts much. Just try to talk and ask them to help you out.

Is being alone is peace or frustration?

Graphical representation of my survey

It mostly depend upon situation. As Swami Vivekananda said, ‘Talk to yourself atleast once in a day, otherwise you may miss a meeting with an Excellent person in this world’. So if we are solitude then it’s peace as you can introspect yourself leaving behind hustle and bustle of daily life for something better but if it’s not chosen then it is frustration. As then your mind will pass negative thoughts every second which will lead you towards destruction. So if you are facing this then avoid and try to be more involved with your person.

Why most of people refuses to open up their thoughts?

Thoughts from my survey

For many people’s it is pistanthrophobia (fear of trusting people) and for some it’s “Log kya kahenge” or hesitation to speak as they might be judged. Generally the one thinks that their is no one to understand his/her feelings, they will make fun or exclude them from their company.

If you find someone in this situation, what will you do?

Thoughts from my survey

Depression doesn’t have expression. It sucks person’s word. So don’t go and ask straightly like hey, you are in depression so tell me what happened? If you’ll ask like this if he/she wanted to speak then also definitely they will not. Try to sit by side and provide cosy environment. Talk about yourself , daily routine and roll up things. Ask for hang outs and start analysing his/her discomfort zone. After a long chit-chat ask them softly and then if needed go for psychiatric. Most importantly, make him/her feel special and never leave them alone. I repeat never.

Reasons for depression

The life is not always about failure, we mainly focus on what we don’t have not on what we have’, from a novel Wake up Life is Calling by Preeti Shenoy. It’s the best line which describes the main reason. So it’s totally depends on our perspective of seeing things around. Sometimes a small thing traceback alot pressure and sometimes they don’t effect at all. It’s like dedication for doing something if it’s done then all good if not then we have to face same range of failure. If you adore your success then always learn how to count your odds.

Some Real Cases:

J.K. Rowling

The woman behind Harry Potter brought joy to millions, but admits she felt despair while writing the magical novels. Her dark moods even inspired her series’ soul-sucking creatures known as Dementors. “It’s so difficult to describe [depression] to someone who’s never been there, because it’s not sadness,” she told Oprah Winfrey in 2010. “But it’s that cold absence of feeling — that really hollowed-out feeling.”

Deepika Padukone

I thought it was stress, so I tried to distract myself by focusing on work, and surrounding myself with people, which helped for a while. But the nagging feeling didn’t go away. My breath was shallow, I suffered from lack of concentration and I broke down often, said Deepika.

Lady Gaga, Ileana D’Cruz, Buzz Aldrin, Dwayne Johnson, Anushka Sharma, Eminem, Chris Evans, and many more are their to add on in this list.

Conclusion

Before writing this blog I did my mini survey and googled a lot to take everyone’s opinion. And now I can say, mental illness is something where we Indians need to have revolutionary change. As in country like India, opening up about mental illness is something where society starts offending you and is not considered worthy of attention. One in twenty Indians now suffer from depression, as per survey of National Mental Health. It’s a great issue, raise up your voice and mark everyone’s attention over it. It’s not like you have to only look up and care for someone who is suffering, no you have to talk with everyone you know. If someone shares something don’t ignore try to solve it. Your life at digital platform is ok but don’t ruin your privacy and relationship for that. And yes, “It’s OK to not be OK“.

This is very vast topic to be covered. I tried to cover many things but in case if you feel that I should have enlighten more on some points. So please tell me in comment section, I’ll try to work on that too.

A big thanks to everyone who has participated and ya, Love to all!!!

Chinese App banned!!!

Hello!!! Good morning!!! Namaskaar!!! Satsriakall!!! As-salamu alaykum!!! Vanakkam!!! Indians

So here government is with new surgical attack on IT sector targeting China for its mischievous behaviour. Their are heaps of question surrounded around by this. Let’s unturn each stone one by one.

Is this news is real or fake?

This news is 100% real. As in an official statement, the IT Ministry said it has received many complaints from various sources, including several reports about misuse of some mobile apps available on Android and iOS platforms for “stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users” data in an unauthorised manner to servers which have locations outside India. The compilation of these data, its mining and profiling by elements hostile to national security and defence of India, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures,” the statement said.

So it’s time to uninstall every Chinese app as per patriotism or as per norms depends totally upon you.

What does this “Ban” means?

The meaning of word is as simple as the word is, that is, to officially say that something is not allowed, often by law. But if we talk in terms of these 59 banned apps then it means any of these apps would not receive any developer support from India.

List of apps

The ban on the 59 Chinese apps comes in light of the Indo-China clash at the Galwan Valley border, amid rising concerns around the world about Chinese cyber espionage. The likes of Bytedance and Xiaomi, which have significant operations in India, will likely face considerable impact as a result of these bans, since their businesses in India run into millions of dollars. While Xiaomi has only had two of their stock apps being banned, it remains to be seen what effect does this have on the pre-bundled software that they provide with their smartphones.

What will happen to them who already downloaded or likely to download these apps in near future?

Users who have already downloaded these apps would not be able to accept app download either. And who are willing to download these in near future then the ban notification is likely to be followed by instructions to Internet Service Provider to stop access to these apps. Users may soon see a message saying access to these apps have been restricted at the request of government. When an app would be banned from a region, it would still remain functional if it did not depend on data. While this would hold true for these apps too, since they would no longer be able to access data in the Indian networks, they would be as good as inoperable. However, if a user moves out of Indian network space to countries where these apps are still legally operational, they may be able to use these services once again.

Conclusion

Sun Tzu ( the Chanakya of China) has written a book , named, ‘The Art of War’ which is a treatise, not only on military strategies and warfare but also on diplomacy, cultivating relationships with other states and avoiding battles etc. Here he has very finely stated the strategies of war. He asked to don’t be a Warmonger! – ‘The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting’. And given the options besides war-‘To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists of breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting’. Now it’s up to us , as we Indians are that child who doesn’t understand when mom says no to something softly. We understand only when we are charged for it. So remember all those martyrs and wake up. It’s a high time to ignite patriotism.

What are your opinions regarding this?

Namaste INDIA!!!

So how are you all handling 20-20.

Let’s put on your attention to one of the stormy topic ,i.e, #boycott_china. But before moving ahead their are certain questions to be answered

  1. Is boycott China possible?
  2. Can we be Aatm Nirbhar Bharat?
  3. Is made in China can be replaced by make in India?

Lets take a look over each question one by one.

Is Boycott China possible?

Let’s practically say, No. As imports which India is getting from China is averaged 126.47 INR Billion from 1991 until 2020, reaching an all-time high of 467.49 INR Billion in September of 2018 and a record low of 0.01 INR Billion in April of 1991.

But it’s not like we can’t do at all. If we start boycotting day to day use chinese products then we can make 30% loss to them. As “drops of water fill the ocean” , so it’s time to start this protest and one day we will reach to edge.

Can we be Aatm Nirbhar Bharat?

Yes we can. What we have to do as youth is only to spread the information about India based products. When you go out to buy something you check up the expiry date of the product. So let’s make one more habit to check product is made from where? Now-a-days instead of putting the label made in China , what they are labelling is made in P.R.C (People’s Republic of China). So check the products before you buy. Remember per item you buy of China you are giving them bullet for our soldiers.

When you buy light and idol on Diwali…colours on holi…new clothes on eid… then what happens? After buying all these things then also our poor people don’t have rupees to enlight their home and eat food for one time also. India celebrates the festival but China and other countries get the real profit. Why?? Whereas our country has alot of talent in township where people make clay lamp and toys by their hand. India’s carpet are world famous. Each and every home of India has a great talent inside. We instead of praising them buying and advertising other countries product.

India can become Aatm Nirbhar Bharat only when we will have proud on ourselves.

Is made in China can be replaced by Make in India?

Yes we can. Read this Japan real patriotism story. And how do they got success in this. They took years but yes now they can say they are free.

It’s a well known fact that we Indians are highly in demand to be hired in foreign countries. You know why? Because our learning and working capacity is much more than anyone. So why don’t we use our potential for our development? To do so their is the main role of every individual. As when we will buy our India based product then only demand will rise and anyone will work. If no one is interested in our product so why will someone work here. So it’s us only who can make change. As our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has released  an economic package of 20 lakh crore to “make India self-reliant”. Now it’s our responsibility to go on for this. And now this time fire should not become cold with passing time. Jai Hind Jai Bharat.
